(More customer reviews)Using 4 screws to secure the guide to a wooden base, clamping the base to my worktable, I drilled a hole w/ a sharp 1" forstner bit. I put a 1" dowel into the hole; it was loose and crooked. I've done this before freehand, and know that when the hole's cut that way, the dowel is snug. When I examined the guide more closely, I noticed that the shaft on which the chuck is attached wiggles; no way to tighten it. That's why the hole is too large, and why it is not perpendicular to the base.The guide does not "bring drill press accuracy" nor does it "drill accurate right angled holes"; it is not a "precision" guide as the website describes it.
