(More customer reviews)We are using this cutter in our cnc router to cut our own rosettes . The key to using this cutter is speed. The slower you set the feed the smoother the rosette. Can be used for all wood species from cherry to maple , e.t.c.. I did try this in our drill press and wasnt happy with the quality , but I blame it on my old junk drill press . I feel with a quality drill press you should be able to obtain good results.
